8. Terms & Conditions:

  • Payment – For all the services agreed upon, a certain amount of advance should be paid to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance can be paid either prior to your leaving your country or upon your arrival in INDIA, but definitely before the start of the services. The management personnels have the right to decide on the amount of advance to be paid, depending on the type of service and the remaining time available for the service to start.
  • All payment should be settled and clear with in 15 days as per conditions.
  • Cancellation and Refund – If we cancel your tour/travel services for any avoidable or unavoidable reasons, you will be required to notify us in writing. Cancellation fees will be applicable as of the date we receive your written advice. Your cancellation fees will be:
  • · 10% of the total tour/service cost
  • • 15 Days Before Arrival: 25% Of The Total Tour/Service Cost
  • • 17 Days Prior to Arrival: 50% of The Total Tour/service Cost
  • • * 48 Hours Before Arrival OR No Show: NO REFUND
  • Refund Mode – Concerned Hotel and Tickets services to process the refund and money of refund amount will be credited back to same account through which payment was made after receiving the same from the concerned Travel agency.   • Refunds (if applicable)

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
  • If you have not yet received a refund, please verify your bank account once more.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, get in touch with your bank. It usually takes some time for a refund to be posted due to processing.
