-Porterage, laundry, wines, mineral water, telephone charges, optional tours and all.

-Any items or services not explicitly stated in the “Your itinerary includes” section.

-Occasional adjustments to the program may be required due to road and weather conditions.

-Prices may be subject to modification in the event of changes in the exchange rate, VAT, or other taxes.

Terms & Condition

Extensions – Accommodation (terms and conditions)

-The availability of the room at the time of confirmation will determine whether Pre and post-night accommodation is possible. If the original hotel is not available, an alternative accommodation will be provided, along with any applicable surcharge.

-When you book accommodation for Pre/Post night extensions, we will confirm it on a Bed and Breakfast basis. You can book extensions up to 15 days before the day of arrival, subject to availability.

-Additional services, excursions, flights, and transfers during the Pre/Post night extensions will incur extra charges.

Child Policy

-Children up to two years old can enjoy a complimentary stay when sharing a room.

-For children aged two to six, a fee of 25% of the adult price will be applied, while those between six and eleven years old will be charged 50% of the adult price.

-Children aged 12 and above will be considered adults and will be booked on the same meal plan as their parents.

Travel Insurance

-We strongly emphasize the importance of having appropriate travel insurance.

-You must possess a valid travel insurance policy that covers the countries you will be visiting or passing through.

-The policy must include all members of your group. You are responsible for ensuring that the insurance coverage you acquire is suitable and sufficient for your specific requirements.

Passport and Visa

To travel, a complete and valid passport and visa are mandatory. This requirement applies to children as well, who must have their own passport.

Dietary Requirements

At the time of booking, guests should inform us about their dietary preferences or restrictions so that we can relay this information to the hotel accordingly.

Transfers

If you choose to book pre or post extensions, we will arrange a separate transfer at an additional cost. However, we will not impose any extra charges for transfers if guests arrive or depart on the designated day.
